ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.050. OF THE LITTILE CANADA MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO DRIVEWAY DESIGN FOR HOUSING FRONTING ON MAJOR STREETS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 903.050.D.8 of the City of Little Canada Zoning Ordinances is <br />hereby amended by adding the following provision: <br />Driveway Turn Arounds. In the case of single family, two <br />family and townhouse dwellings, which front on streets de- <br />signated as collector, minor arterial, intermediate arterial <br />and principal arterial by the City's Comprehensive Plan, <br />the installation of a vehicle turn - around space, immediately <br />adjacent to the access driveway is permitted and may be re- <br />quired by the City Council. Said space is to be no larger <br />than ten (10) feet wide and fifteen (15) feet in length. <br />Where possible, said space shall be located away from the <br />principal structure and shall be no closer than twenty (20) <br />feet from the street surface. Said space is not to be uti- <br />lized for parking purposes. <br />SECTION 2 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its passage and pubilication. <br />Passed by the City Council <br />of Little Canada this <br />day of <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
