New access from Owasso <br />or addition was to be removed. Engineer reported that curb cuts <br />already in on Owasso. <br />b) Addition must be made more permanent. City Council may decide <br />to forget about curb cuts. <br />c) Mr. Bode was to report to•City Council on what his plans were for <br />the permanent structure and curb cuts. Letter to invite Mr. Bode <br />to appear before to discuss how he will bring his non - conforming <br />temporary structure into conformance with City code. <br />April 27, 1983 - Council minutes - Addition to agenda. <br />a) Council has learned that no permit was issued for addition. <br />b) Structure is not built to code -no frost footings. <br />c) Mr. Bode stated that the addition is permanent. <br />d) City Council will need inspection of the property by Bldg. Insp. <br />e) City is willing to work with Mr. Bode and give him time to correct <br />any problem with the building. <br />f) City Council stated that building addition shall comply with code. <br />May 6, 1983 - Building Inspector, Ed Locke made inspection at 3006 Rice St., <br />A & W Root Beer, the following items were addressed: <br />1. install frost footings, min. of 42" under addition <br />2. correct roof - leaking <br />3. no records of inspection <br />4. possible sale of A & W <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick Collova <br />Mugs Nordin! <br />
