NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 86 -15 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, <br />August 13, 1,986 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center at 515 East Little Canada Road to consider the <br />making of the following improvement: <br />Improvement 86 -15 Sylvan Street from County Road "C" to Demont <br />NATURE OF IMPROVEMENT: <br />By Grading, sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />Storm Sewer, bituminous surface and ' <br />concrete curb & gutter <br />The estimated cost is $ 337,300.00 <br />The general nature and location of the improvement is amplified in the <br />preliminary engineering report on file with the City Clerk. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for this improvement is all lots and <br />tracts of land abutting said streets to be improved. <br />All pursuant to Minnesota.Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953 <br />Chapter 398 as amended. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br />/s/ Joseph G.
