MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 23, 2000, <br />PROPERTY Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Property <br />DIVISION/ Division/Combination dividing 25 feet of property from 2612 Spruce <br />COMBINATION Street and combining it with 2620 Spruce Street as requested by <br />2612 AND 2620 Norman, David, and Samantha Finkelson. IC was noted that the City <br />SPRUCE Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval <br />STREET - of the Property Division/Combination subject to the vacation of drainage <br />F'INKELSON and utility easements on the current lot line and re-establishment of those <br /> easements on the new lot line. The six foot drainage and utility easement <br /> width is the City's standard. <br />Dave Finkelson explained that Che proposal is to divide 25 feet of property <br />from his father's lot at 2612 Spruce Street and combinert with his <br />property at 2620 Spruce Street. Finkelson reported that they are in <br />agreement with the recommendations of the City Planner and Planning <br />Commission. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-8-187 -APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION/COMBINATION DIVIDING 25 FEET FROM 2612 <br />SPRUCE STREET AND COMBINING IT WITH 2620 SPRUCE <br />STREET AS REQUESTED BY NORMAN, DAVID, AND SAMANTHA <br />FINKELSON SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AND THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-8-188 -CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR SEPTEMBER 73, 2000AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER <br />THE VACATION OF CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN L OTS I AND 3, BLOCK 1, FINKELSON ESTATES <br />2 <br />
