MINUTIJS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 23, 2000 <br />CUP FOR <br />OUTD0012 <br />STORAGl; - <br />1.82 RYAN <br />LANE - <br />EVANS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to a <br />Conditional Use Permit for open and outdoor storage as an accessory <br />use at 182 Ryan Drive as requested by Mr. David Evans. It was noted <br />that the City Planner, City Engineer, and the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval subject to conditions. <br />Keis asked if the drainage problems on this property were the result of <br />something that Che property owner did, i.e. improperly installed asphalt. <br />The City Planner indicated thaC the property is very flat and given the <br />elevation of the building Chere is not much that can be done to drain Che <br />property toward the street. Montour noted Chat he looked at Che site, and <br />noted that afCer an inch of rain last nighC, there were pockeT~s of standing <br />water in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />Blesener pointed out the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />that parking spaces #6 and #7 will have to be relocated to meet Code <br />requirements. Those spaces are currently located too close to the road <br />right-of-way. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-8-I89 -APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br />TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR I82 RYAN LANE AS <br />REQUESTED BY MR. DAVID EVANS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER AS <br />OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED AUGUST 8, 2006, SUBJECT <br />TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED AUGUST <br />4, 2006 AND AS MODIFIED BY THE CITY ENGINEER RELATIVE <br />TO THE CURB CUT, SUBJECT TO PARKING SPACES #6 AND #7 <br />BEING RELOCATED TO COMPLY WITH CITY CODE <br />REQUIREMENTS AND SUBMITTAL OF A REVISED SITE PLAN <br />REFLECTING SAME, AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH <br />
