Minutes <br />Tom <br />Hardy <br />Conditional <br />Use °er ^it <br />Zeta Corp. <br />!1INUTES OF THE PEW AR MEETING <br />G <br />PLANNING C0 MISSIOW <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNJESOTA <br />December 11, 1986 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, "innesota was <br />held on the llth day of December, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman °eter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />and the following, members were present at roll call: <br />"EMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Rill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Thomas Perlinper <br />Sharon Timmons <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Penny Schweizer <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Steve C,rittnan, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the Hovemher 13, 1985 <br />Planning Commission meeting, !dr. Costa indicated that the minutes <br />will stand approved as read. <br />Mr. Tom Hardy, representing Zeta Corporation, appeared.hefore the <br />Commission reouestino approval of a conditional use permit for an <br />auto sales license. "r. Hardy reported that his business would <br />involve wholesale of used cars and would he located at 195 Ryan Lane. <br />1r. Hardy reported that he buys and sells fleets around the country. <br />The business would involve basically an office location, however, <br />there would he cars delivered to the site, the cars would he cleaned <br />up and then delivered to dealers. <br />r"r. Hardy reported that in order to get a license from the State <br />for his business, he needs a license from the City. <br />Hardy reported that he sells about 500 cars per year. !lardy also <br />reported that he will not do retail business from this site and that <br />cars will he stored inside the building. There will he no advertising <br />or signane for the business. <br />"r. 'loLonais asked about the limit the City has imposed on used car <br />licenses. <br />The Planner replied that retail licenses are limited, however, there <br />is no limit on the number of wholesale licenses that can he issued <br />in the City. <br />Thee -1- <br />
