ORDINANCE NO .` , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA CODE BY <br />ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 2401 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE <br />OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF 1963, CHAPTER 609. <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Little Canada is hereby amended by <br />adding a new Chapter 2401. Adoption by Reference of the Criminal Code of 1963, <br />Chapter 609. to read as follows: <br />"2401. ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF 1963, CHAPTER 609. <br />2401.010. Adoption of the Criminal Code of 1963, Chapter 609. There is <br />hereby adopted by the Council of the City of Little Canada for the purpose of <br />prescribing laws governing criminal conduct that certain code known as the Criminal <br />Code of 1963, Chapter 609, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully <br />as if set forth herein. <br />2401.020. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. All former Ordinances or parts <br />thereof conflicting or inconsistent with the provisions of the Code hereby adopted <br />are hereby repealed." <br />Section 2.
