-2- <br />forcibly take an animal from any person without the approval and <br />assistance of a regular police officer of the City. <br />4. Inaddition to the regular hours of natr-).11ing referred <br />to, M.A.P.S.I. acrrees to maintain one (1) vehicle for standby <br />service to attend cases outside regular patrol hours at the spe- <br />cific request of the City's Police Department. <br />5. M.A.P.S.I. represents and agrees that all animals im- <br />pounded shall be kept at M.A.P.S.I. housed at 506 11th Avenue <br />North, Minneapolis, Minnesota and M.A.P.S.I. agrees and warrents <br />that all animals impounded shall be kept in a comfortable and <br />humane manner for a period required by the City Ordinance. M.A.P.S.I. <br />agrees that the pound facilities shall be open and available <br />to reclaim animals from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mondays through <br />Saturdays and from 1:OOn.m. to 5:0C p.m. on Sundays and holidays. <br />6. At the time that any animal is impounded under this con- <br />tract is reclaimed, M.A.P.S.I. or its agent shall collect the <br />impounding fee and boarding charges as provided by City Ordi- <br />nance M.A.P.S.I. shall furnish monthly reports to the City <br />as required as to the service or services rendered in connection <br />with each animal impounded. All impounding fee, license fees, <br />and any other penalty fees collected by M.A.P.S.I. or its agent <br />shall be remitted to the City. <br />7. In event an animal is impounded and boarded by the City <br />health Officer or placed under quarentine by ruling of the <br />State Board of Health, said animal shall be boarded as required <br />by said order of ruling. At the end of such period, the City re- <br />leases all of itr interest, right and control over said animals <br />which may then he disposed of at the discretion of M.A.P.S.I. <br />000:53 <br />
