-4- <br />to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 181.59. <br />12, The City agrees to pay M.A.P.S.I. for services in the <br />performance of this contract as follows: <br />a. Price per hour per ambulance for furnishing Patrol <br />Ambulance for scheduled hours of patrol (actual time <br />in service for City) <br />$ 11.25 <br />b. Price for each 24 hours or fraction thereof for boarding <br />any species of animal impounded by direction of City of- <br />ficials or local ordinance, <br />$ 3.00 <br />c. Price per each animal for destroying dogs or cats, <br />$ 5.00 <br />d. Price per call for ambulance service of injured animal <br />or bite case during other than scheduled or regular <br />working hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Friday. (Emergency Service) <br />N /A. <br />e. Price per hour per ambulance for service during other <br />than scheduled or regular working hours, except for <br />injured animal or bite cases, including travel time <br />(Special Service). <br />$ 14.00 <br />13. All payments shall be made by the City upon receipt of <br />monthly statements of M.A.P.S.I. <br />74.
