I would like to request the Council take one of three courses of action:
1. Change the City records and plot map to reflect south and west boundaries
of my property as being the edge of the street with the necessary footage
required for the installed sewer easement. Further to subdivide the one
large lot into three lots running north and south as per the attached map.
2. Show intended use and plans for Twin Lake Road being widened equally from
both sides of the center of the street within a reasonable period of time
and go through the proper legal condemnation proceedings toaoquire this
land. In the meantime subdivide the land into the same three lots as
requested in #1 above.
3. If it is determined that the City acquired this land legally and fairly
that I be properly compensated for this land, plus interest, from such date
of acquisition and I be reimbursed taxes paid on this land, plus a fair
amount for maintenance and upkeep, plus interest, from such date of
acquisition and that the proper variances to the City square foot
requirements on a lot size be given so that I still subdivide this land
into three lots and that a variance on the thirty foot requirement be
reduced to ten feet on a building constructed on the western boundary of
the western most lot.
If present codes were complied with, my property could not legally be subdivided
into more that two lots of irregular shaped property.
Respectfully yours,
Barbara A.
