Page 3 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />August 4, 1977. <br />8. Mr. Short grew up in Roseville. He is working with White Bear <br />and Lino Lakes and has worked with the Metro Council. <br />Mr. Ohrn lives in St. Paul. Dayton-Hudson is one of their clients. <br />David Lickt <br />Midwest Planning and Research, Inc. (Mpls) <br />1. Mr. Lickt is the President. He discussed the plans for a private <br />market demand, land use compatability, and revenue expenditure <br />returns for the community. <br />2 & 3. Strives for a community that the Planning Commission and <br />city are working for. Wants a community that the city wants. He <br />now works for Dellwood, Robbinsdale, Lakeville, and New Hope. <br />Mr. Lickt represents the clients. <br />4. Will sit down with the City Council, the Planning Commission and <br />anyone interested in planning the future of Little Canada. He <br />will represent us in Metro Council planning. Mr. Lickt will be <br />the firm. He has had 7 years in business and was the director of <br />planning for the U. ofM. He has never lost a job. <br />6. Mr. Lickt would be the prime liason. He would be at meetings. <br />Mr. Christanson, from Shoreview, would be a back up. He would have <br />2 people along to learn the city, so if Mr. Lickt could not make a <br />meeting they would know the problems, Midwest has been in business for <br />21 years. <br />7. Fee $40.00 per hour. <br />8.
