Development Priorities. Being "programmed" means that the Office of Local and <br />Urban Affairs will submit the application to the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation (BOR) <br />for a LAWCON grant or the LCMR for a state grant if the applicant meets the following: <br />(1) Attends a meeting scheduled this fall to explain the documentation for FINAL <br />application. <br />(2) Submits the FINAL application by February 10, 1978 from the programmed local units <br />of government. <br />Summary - F.Y. 1977 Preliminary Applications <br />Last year our office received a total of 282 preliminary applications. Of the 282 <br />preliminary applications a total of 84 were programmed for funding.
