Being "programmed" means that the Office of Local and Urban Affairs will submit the application to the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation (BOR) for a LAWCON grant or the LCMR for a state grant if the applicant meets the following: (1) Attends a meeting scheduled this fall to explain the documentation for FINAL application. (2) Submits the FINAL application by February 10, 1978 from the programmed local units of government.
