Where to Submit: Send one original signed copy with proposed documentation to: Park and Recreation Grants Section, State Planning Agency, Room 101 , Capitol Square Building, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101 and appropriate Regional Development Commission, Metropolitan Clearinghouse or " Metropolitan Council (see attachment I).
