Page 2 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />July 7, 1977 <br />ROSSITER <br />REZONING: <br />Discussion was held about rezoning. <br />A motion was made by Dr. Keenan to table rezoning <br />until we have a professional Planner to guide us. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Motion carried. <br />PLANNER Jack Radford, chairman, gave a report. <br />COMMITTEE Letters were sent out to a list of professional <br />REPORT: planners. <br />A Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 20th <br />at 7 :30 P.M., for interviews <br />Earl Rossez gave a report on the Turnquist property. <br />There are 28 acres, mostly swamp. About 8 acres <br />are usable for building. Sewer assessments are <br />$10,857.00, with $8,000.00 deferred. The county may <br />buy it for green acres.
