Streets <br />shall be so aligned that jogs with centerline off-sets <br />with less than 125 feet shall not be necessary. <br />(Source: Ord. 60) <br />33. General Regulations <br />33.010. Protection of Natural Features. The <br />Council reserves the right to decline approval of a <br />subdivision if due regard is not shown for the pre- <br />servation of all natural features such as large trees, water <br />courses, scenic points, historical spots and similar <br />community assets which, if preserved, will add attractive- <br />ness, stability nd value to the property. <br />33,020. Dedication of Land for Parks. Pursuant <br />to Minnesota Stat. 462.358, Subdivision 2, and because a <br />development for residential uses creates an additional <br />need for parks and recreation areas, the Council may <br />require: <br />(1) That the developer dedicate up to 10% of the <br />area of the subdivision for park or recreation use. The <br />10% area so dedicated shall be suitable for park and <br />recreation use. <br />(2) In lieu of the dedication set forth in (1) <br />above, and at the option of the Council, the developer shall <br />pay the sum of $100.00 per lot to the Village, which shall <br />be placed in a special fund for park and recreational use. <br />Said amount. shall be deposited with the Village Clerk <br />prior to approval of the final plat, and shall be refunded <br />if the final plat is not approved. <br />33.030. Public Grounds to be Dedicated or.
