Approval <br />Of Minutes <br />Gervais <br />Shores <br />2nd Addition <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />L1T?LE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 11, 1978 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof`a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />llth day of October, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The Mayor, hr. Donald Valento, chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Clerk <br />City Attorney <br />Consulting Engineer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Donald Valento <br />Mr. Robert DeBace <br />Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Mr. Morris Jespersen <br />Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Mr. Clayton Parks <br />Mr. Donald Carley <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolutionand moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78 -10 -359 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />ThE REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1978, THE SPECIAL <br />MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1978, THE SPECIAL MEETING OF <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 1978, AND THE SPECIAL MEETING OF <br />SEPTEMBER 28, 1978 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Jespersen. <br />Ayes (5) Messrs. Hanson, Jespersen, Valento, DeBace and Nadeau. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 14, Page 289. <br />Mr. Robert Tansey and Mr. Bruce A. Folz appeared before the Council <br />and submitted a preliminary plat for Gervais Shores Second Addition <br />for approval of the Council. The preliminary plat was acceptable to <br />the City Attorney and the City Engineer. The Planning Commission has <br />given its approval to this preliminary plat. Mr. Tansey and Mr. Folz <br />presented a preliminary plat to the Council at its September regular <br />meeting, and at that time the Council recommended that the plat be <br />resubmitted with half acre minimum lot size. That request has been <br />complied with. <br />Mr. Jespersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78 -10 -360 - APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT OF GERVAIS SHORES SECOND ADDITION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br />Ayes (5) Messrs.
