Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />25 SEP 197e <br />An investigation conducted by the Corps of Engineers has <br />revealed that Mr. Albert Graf, Jr., and his agents, Anchor <br />Block Company and Frattalone Excavating, have discharged <br />approximately 25 cubic yards of fill material into a wet- <br />land adjacent to Gervais Lake in the SE1 /4 sec. 5, T. 29 N., <br />R. 22 W., Ramsey County, Minnesota. The site is located at <br />2765 Lakeside Court. The fill material, which consists <br />primarily of cement blocks and black dirt, has been placed <br />for the purpose of developing a residential lot. <br />No Department of the Army permit has been issued to Mr. Graf <br />or to his agents authorizing the discharge of fill material <br />into wetlands adjacent to Gervais Lake. The said activity <br />is in violation of Section 301 of the Federal Water Pollution <br />Control Act Amendments of 1972. <br />We request your comments as described in the accompanying <br />inclosure within thirty (30) days from the date of this <br />letter.
