Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />Regular Meeting <br />July 6, 1978 <br />Hoggsbreath: <br />Tom Duray <br />Mrs. Thelma Hoye, 61 LaBore Rd, appeared stating that <br />1007. of surrounding residents had filed a petition <br />opposing rezoning or multiple dwelling usage. <br />Ralph Nardini moved that Mr. Kroiss meet with the <br />Planner to attempt to work out the Planner's <br />objections. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Winiecki and Fisher abstained. <br />Tom Duray appeared requesting approval of concept <br />for a two story addition to property at 2504 Rice St. <br />( Hoggsbreath Ent. ) <br />Mike Fahey moved to approve concept as presented <br />subject to submission to Planner and review of <br />Planner's recommendations. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Motion Carried 7 -0. <br />Joe Vitale abstained. <br />Little Canada Chopper: Bob Metz appeared requesting approval for concept of <br />Bob Metz construction of a 60' x 120' pole building behind his <br />present business, Little Canada Choppers. <br />Virginia Fisher moved to table proposal for further <br />consideration. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez. <br />Motion carried 9 -0. <br />Meeting duly adjourned at 10 :10 pm <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mike Fahey <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada <br />sj <br />
