MI N N. 5`511'/ <br />Minutes of the regular meeting: <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />June 1, 1978 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on June It 1978 at 8:00 p.m. at 515 Little Canada Road <br />in said City. <br />The following members were present: Virginia Fisher, Mike Fahey, <br />Dick Boss, Joe Vitale, Pete Costa, Gene DeLonais, Jack Radford, <br />Earl Rossez, Dr. Thomas Keenan. <br />The following members were absent: Ralph Nardini <br />The minutes from the previous meeting were approved as read. <br />ROY FRENCH: Mr. Roy French appeared requesting a special use <br />Electrical permit to operate an electrical business from his <br />Business house at 2988 Edgerton. He is in the process of <br />purchasing electrical contracting business from a <br />Robert Duggas and will store supplies in his garage. <br />Tony Devich and Irene Devich, 2996 Edgerton, ob- <br />jected on the basis that the proposed business <br />use was in a residential area. <br />Petitions both for (by French) and against (by <br />Devich) the special use permit were presented. <br />Mike Fahey moved to grant a Special Use Permit for <br />90 days from date of execution of contract for <br />operation of an electrical contracting business <br />from his home with any extension to be reviewed <br />by the Planning Commission and the City Council. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Kathy Herkenhoff, 2965 Edgerton, and Jerry Guenther, <br />2979 Edgerton, appeared and stated they had no <br />objection to the special use. <br />The Planning Commission Chairman and Secretary <br />will be notified when the contract is executed. <br />Motion carried 7 - 1.
