PLANNING COMMISSION <br />VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />515 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />LITTLE CANADA 55117 <br />Minutes of the special meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />April 19, 1978 <br />The special meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 19th day of April, 1978 at 8 :00 p.m. at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Joe Vitale, Ralph Nardini, Peter <br />Costa, Virginia Fisher, Earl Rossez, Eugene DeLonais, Tom Keenan, <br />Richard Boss III and Jack Radford, and Mike Fahey. <br />The following member was absent: Dennis Ryan <br />The minutes of the April 6th meeting were approved. <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />BUILDING: <br />John Vitale <br />John Vitale presented a proposed Professional Office <br />Building plan for the corner of Little Canada Road <br />and Middle Road, facing Middle Road. <br />Motion was made by Eugene DeLonais to accept the <br />concept subject to receipt of a report from City <br />Planner and a final plan which shows landscaping. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez. <br />Joe Vitale abstained. Motion carried. <br />Dave Licht and Brad Nielson, representing Midwest Planners, appeared and <br />a lengthy discussion and review of the preliminary Policy Plan dated <br />February, 1978 took place. <br />The Planning Commission recouuuends that the City Council inquire into the <br />feasibility of acquiring 30 feet on the east side of the Fire Department <br />for future expansion purposes. <br />The meeting was duly adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mike Fahey <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada <br />01 <br />
