RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES AND FEES <br />FOR REZONING APPLICATIONS, SPECIAL USE PERMITS, <br />VARIANCE, APPEALS, AND SUBDIVISIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Code and Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Little <br />Canada provides the Little Canada City Council the authority to establish procedures <br />and fees for Rezoning Applications, Special Use Permits, Variances aniSubdivisions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, as follows: <br />THE PROCEDURE AND FEES FOR APPLYING FOR REZONING, SPECIAL USE PERMITS, VARIANCES, <br />APPEALS AND SUBDIVISIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. An applicant shall contact the City Clerk, discuss his requests and <br />complete a request form. <br />2. The applicant shall pay the base fee ($100.00) and make a cash deposit, <br />to be held in escrow, and charged against the time and materials necessary for <br />processing the request. The following additional deposits will be charged: <br />a. Rezoning $250.00 <br />b. Special Use Permit -0- <br />c. Variance - Single Family <br />Residential Property <br />d. Variance - Other Residential and <br />Commercial Industrial $100.00 <br />e. Appeal -0- <br />f. Subdivision Plat $200.00 <br />g. Building Permit (Site Plan Review) -0- <br />3. The applicant's request other than single family dwelling requests, will <br />be processed according to procedures established by governing ordinances and <br />administrative policies of the City. <br />4. If difficulties are encountered in the review and evaluation of the <br />request because of lack of information, unexpected site problems, etc. and the <br />escrow deposit is exceeded, all processing of the request will be halted until <br />another estimate of cost for completion is determined and a deposit made. <br />5. Following the City Council's decision on the request, the City Clerk <br />will notify the applicant of the outcome and refund any portion of the escrow <br />deposit remaining or bill the applicant for any balance due. All fees and deferred <br />assessments shall be paid prior to the issuing of building permits. <br />Resolution moved by <br />Resolution seconded by <br />Voted in favor <br />Voted against <br />
