The Council adopted the priority list <br />for funding (see attachment A) on February 23. <br />Priority Projects <br />If your project was ranked as a priority as per the February 10 memo <br />from Mn /DOT (projects 1 -39 on attachment A) you may proceed to develop <br />plans prepared in accordance with State Aid Manual 5- 892 -200, <br />If you have questions regarding the development of plans in accordance <br />with state aid standards, contact: Delvert Oftedahl, State Aid Office <br />(612)296 -9875. <br />After final review of the final bikeway plans by the Manager, State Bicycle <br />Program, the project will be processed as a state aid project. State aid <br />project review entails the approval of: the District State Aid Engineer, <br />the State Aid Plans Engineer and the Director of State Aid. Upon final <br />approval, authorization to proceed to construction letting will be given. <br />Final determination as to the amount of the grant will be based on the <br />contract award. <br />Submit final construction plans, and cost estimates, in duplicate by <br />April 7 to : Nancy Mahle, Environmental Affairs Office Room 807, (612)296-1650. <br />41 <br />An Equal Opportunity' Employer <br />
