February 27, 1978 <br />page 2 <br />Contingency Projects <br />If your project was ranked as a contingency as per the February 10 <br />memo from Mn /DOT, (projects 40 -120 on Attachment A), it ranked beyond <br />the financial capability of our budget allotment. Should projects <br />in the present priority classification be deferred or subject to <br />alternative funding sources, your project(s) would be considered to <br />fill the void. <br />Ineligible Projects <br />Projects along trunk highway rights -of -way were regarded as ineligible <br />for grant participation, and were referred to an evaluation process <br />governing trunk projects. <br />Projects off public rights - of-way were regarded as ineligible. <br />If you have further questions please contact Nancy Mahle at 296 -1650 or <br />Laurie Young at 296 -1651. <br />Sincerely, <br />K.K.
