Chlebek, Clerk <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Re: File No. 5220 <br />Contract No. 7840 <br />Dear Mr. Chlebek: <br />On December 8, 1977, the Metropolitan Council approved the award <br />of Little Canada's Community Comprehensive Planning Grant entitle- <br />ment of $5,547.00. <br />Attached are five (5) copies of the Grant Agreement which must be <br />executed in order for the initial payment of 90% of the grant to <br />be disbursed. All five copies must be signed by an appropriate <br />Little Canada official who is authorized to execute contracts on <br />behalf of the city. <br />Note that Appendix B, which lists the Funded Portion of the Work <br />Program, must also be completed and made part of the contract. <br />Instructions on how to complete Appendix B are attached. <br />When the funded activities are complete, you will have to provide <br />us with a Funded Portion Completion Report in order to receive <br />the remaining 10% of your grant money.
