The formula, which is described in Section VI of the <br />guidelines, was based on an objective evaluation of the needs <br />and financial resources of all communities and counties in the <br />Metropolitan Area. <br />Your community has already entered into an agreement <br />1976 -77 funds, and this agreement contains an Appendix A, uiich <br />is your original grant application for those funds. The g <br />lines, under Section X, provide that if a community's total <br />grant allocation for both 1976 -77 and 1978 -79 does not exceed <br />75% of the cost of preparing or updating its nasfsh its in <br />Appendix A, the community would not have to reapply <br />1978 -79 funds.
