EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevi was duly called and held at the City Hall in said day of The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: , a regular lle, Minnesota, City on the o'clock RESOLUTION NO. WHEREAS, by previous action of the City Council of the City of Roseville, it entered into a Joint Powers Agreement con- cerning sponsorship and funding of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau for the year WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville desires to extend said Agreement for another year to expire on the 31st day of December, 1979; and, WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Roseville to amend paragraph 7 of said Agreement by providing for future extension .toede maby esolution beeore the 30th day of November in the year preceding extension is to take effect. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: 1. The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby agrees to extend the Joint Powers Agreement by and between it and various other municipalities loceinwill County uty on the amsey, State of Minnesota, so that said Agreement 31st day of December, 1979. 2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Supplemental Joint Powers Agreement providing for amendment to paragraph 7 of said Joint Powers Agreement providing for future extensions to said Agreement to bevadoptednbyhresolu tion of the Council before the 30th day of preceding the year in which the extension shall become effective. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. j049
