PAUL MINNESOTA 55101 <br />222 -2799 <br />I?. <br />OCT, 1975 <br />CITY Y Oi <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />October 20, 1975 <br />Mr. Joe Chlebeck <br />Clerk, City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Re: Petition of Dudley Warner and Alair Warner Graves <br />for annexation of land to Little Canada <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />Pursuant to my telephone conversation with you of even date, Dudley <br />Warner and Alair Warner Graves hereby petition the City of Little <br />Canada to annex to the City of Little Canada the following described <br />land: "That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying <br />Southerly of Gervais Creek and Westerly of Arcade Street, also <br />described as "that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, <br />of Section 9, Township 29, Range 22 lying Southerly of the center- <br />line of a channel extending from Gervais Lake to Keller Lake and <br />lying Westerly of a line drawn parallel to and 33 ft. Westerly of <br />the centerline of Arcade Street ", said lands being listed as Parcel <br />or Tract No. 57- 00910- 020 -50 on the records of the offices of the <br />Director of Property Taxation of Ramsey County, Minnesota, which land <br />is now located within the City of Maplewood, Minnesota. <br />You have in your files a letter from Mrs. Lucille E. Aurelius, City <br />Clerk of the City of Maplewood dated 9/23/75 addressed to Walter A. <br />Hurtley, Plat Commission of Ramsey County, that the City of Little <br />Canada annex the above described land. <br />You also have in your possession proposed plat of Warner Addition and <br />copy of proposed Registered Land Survey, which copies of said docu- <br />ments have been furnished you by me and also by Ramsey County, with <br />said Registered Land Survey showing said tract as tract "A" and said <br />plat showing said tract as Lot 1. <br />13 <br />
