E. <br />MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. 55414 <br />PHONE: 612/373 -9992 <br />September 3, 1975 <br />Panel Discussion on Open Meeting Law <br />The Ramsey County League of Local Governments will host a panel discussion on <br />the states "Open Meeting Law," at a dinner meeting on Wednesday, September 17th. <br />Members of the panel will include Attorney General Warren Spannaus, League of Minne- <br />sota Municipalities President, Bruce Nawrocki, Representatives B. 3, 'Bud" Philbrook <br />and Howard Nelsen. Discussion will center on the Attorney General's Opinion issued <br />last year as well as the bill to modify this authored by Rep. Nelsen. <br />The dinner will be held at Ramada Inn- McGuires, 1201 West County Road "E ", in <br />Arden Hills. Cocktails (cash bar) will begin at 6:00 p.m, with dinner being served <br />at 7:00 p.m. The cost of the dinner will be $5.50.
