Ryan. <br />From Recreation, Mr. Richard Boss III. <br />Citizens : Mr. R. Waite and Mr. Charles Maranda. <br />Present at the meeting were: • Veilleux, <br />Mr. Rome, Mr. Boss, Mr. a <br />, Ryan and Mr. <br />Waits. <br />PURPOSE: NEED OF MAINTENANCE BUILDING FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA. <br />Presently paying, $ 100.00 monthly for rent. <br />Present building may not be adeaquate. <br />Should we build, how much should we have for storage 7 <br />How about property 7 <br />We awn property on Lake, Lakeshore, Centerville Rd. and <br />Water works, ( Area on Country Dr. Naegle <br />property) and City Center area. <br />How big should the building be ? <br />6 to 8 normal stalls. <br />The City owns: 2 large tractors, 2 large trucks, <br />sewer router, pick-up, sign post, etc. <br />We do our own maintenance. <br />Should we look into snow plowing and road maintenance <br />machinery storage 7 <br />Recreation has 2 small tractors and other equipment with <br />no storage facilities. <br />We have supply of water meters. <br />ACTION TO BE TAKEN. <br />1. Determine needed area for 8 stalls. <br />2. Check with prices on steel bldgs,pre fabs, Concrete block. <br />3. Check with other municipalities on comparable needs and <br />solutions. <br />4. Possibility two levels using city center lot. <br />5. Check lenght of lease. <br />NES MEETING SHOULD BE HLED ON JULY 17, 1975. <br />
