BADGER <br />Regular Meeting <br />Want to put signs up on south side of Highway 36. <br />Two 50 foot signs hand painted on steel and lights. <br />according to specification of Little Canada. <br />Highway Department has given approval. <br />Mr. Lebens did put a restriction on the advertising on <br />the sign. <br />CLAYTON PARKS: When Country Drive was put in, Little Canada <br />purchased lots 18, 19, and 20. Naegele Sign purchased the <br />property, with the condition they could put up 10 other <br />signs in the city, but with location approved by the <br />council. <br />One sign will be near the finger and the other sign near the <br />railroad overpass. Lights will be flashed back on sign. <br />The title to the land on Country Drive is questionable at <br />this time, therefore the delay. <br />Motion made by Eugene Fasciana that the Planning Commission <br />is opposed to the signs in the City of Little Canada on <br />the Lebens property. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford. <br />Carried. <br />LEBENS PROPERTY DENIED: Reason - Highway 36 is free of signs <br />and would like to see it stay free of signs. <br />Total cost on Country Dirve is about $55,000.00. <br />Motion to adjourn at 9:30 P.M. <br />Carried. <br />Respectively submitted <br />June 5, 1975 <br />Margret Mitchell <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada. <br />
