MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 22, 2006 <br />MINUTES <br />AGENDA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />February, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Barb Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Allan inh•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-35 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 8, 2006 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE FEBRUARY 8, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener announced that Tom Vogt at Gas-N-Go has withdrawn <br />his request to address the Council this evening. <br />The Mayor also noted that the renewal of the My Le Hoa Consumption <br />and Display License has been removed from the agenda given that the <br />owners are proposing to sell their business. Blesener recommended that <br />consideration of the license transfers to the new owner be substituted for <br />this agenda item. <br />
