MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />rEBRUARY 22, 2006 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-36 -AMENDING THE AGENDA <br />REMOVING THE RENEWAL OF CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY <br />LICENSE FOR MY LE HOA CHINESE RESTAURANT AND <br />ADDING LICENSE TRANSFER/APPROVAL CONSIDERATION <br />FOR PROSPECTIVE OWNERS OF MY LE HOA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the property division of <br />DIVISION - 3078 Payne Avenue into two single-family lots as requested by Deane <br />3078 PAYNE Paisley. It was noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission <br />AVENUE - have recommended approval of the property division as proposed. <br />DEANS <br />PAISLEY Blesener noted a letter received from a neighboring property owner with <br /> questions about the proposal. He noted that the property division meets all <br /> the City's Codes, there are no variances being requested, and the house <br /> that will be constructed on the lot will have to comply with all Code <br /> requirements. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-37 -APPROVING THE DIVISION OF <br />3078 PAYNE AVENUE INTO TWO SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS AS <br />REQUESTED BY MR. DEANS PAISLEY SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH ALL CITY CODE REQUIREMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COMPRE- Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider a Comprehensive <br />HENSIVE Sign Plan for the Little Canada Mall at 78-82 Minnesota Avenue. <br />SIGN PLAN - IC was noted that The City Planner and the Planning Commission <br />78-82 recommended approval of the plan as submitted. <br />2 <br />
