MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 22, 2006 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION ND. 2006-2-52 -APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 2006-03, RUTH STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-53 -APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 2006-07, LABORE ROAD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ERIC Blesener reported that the City is in receipt of a letter fi•om Eric Weisman, <br />WEISMAN Edgerton Street, raising a number of issues related to environmental <br />LETTER protection, including the protection of wildlife, h~ees, and plants. Blesener <br />pointed out that a number of Weisman's suggestions are already being <br />done by the City. He also noted that the City does not have the authority <br />to undertake many of the suggestions. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle inri~oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-54 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
