MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 22, 2006
DISBURSE- The City Administrator reviewed his report dated February 17, 2006
MENT OF relative to the Contamination Clean-Up Subgrant Agreement and the
STIPULATED release of Stipulated Settlement Funds for the clean up of the former
SETTLEMENT Guerin property. The Administrator reported that Sherman & Associates
AGREEMENT has completed the clean-up work for the environmental contamination
FUND of this property, located at the northeast corner of Rice Street and LitCle
Canada Road.
The Administrator reported that as part of the Settlement Agreement with
the $200,000 was set aside (Guerin Family Partnership) toward clean-up
with any unused funds to be remitted to the Partnership. Total clean-up
costs were over $327,000.
