SEY
COUNTY
LEAGUE
OF MUNICIPALITIES
February 21, 1975
300 HANOVER BUILDING
480 CEDAR STREET
SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA 55101
PHONE: 612 /222 -2861
Dear Delegate:
The Charter Committee of the Ramsey County League of Nbnicipalities issued
a summary report of its work and recommendations at the general membership
meeting on February 12, 1975. After extensive discussion of the Charter
Committee's proposals, the membership decided that this information should
be taken back to each municipality or township's council or town board
for discussion and approval or disapproval. The proposed charter will
then be voted on by the membership at the March 19th meeting with each
member municipality or township having one vote through its official delegate.
Accordingly, I would respectfully request that you, as your community's
official delegate, place the attached Charter Committee Summary and the
proposed Charter itself before your respective council or town board for its
consideration and action. Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly
appreciated. If you have any questions, please contact me at the League office
or at home (690 - 5557).
Sincerely,
Sit Steph J.
