The permit does not grant authority <br />for such disposal. <br />4. Plans for storm sewers, ponding areas and pond outlets, as well <br />as final grading plans, shall be submitted to the District for <br />review prior to utility installation or final grading. This <br />permit does not allow site grading, except as necessary to clear <br />and prepare for utility construction, and to construct erosion <br />control facilities. <br />If the City allows the development to proceed, we respectfully request <br />that these stipulations be applied to the project. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />D.
