MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 22, 2006 <br />The City Administrator noted that the Community Survey includes a <br />question on an overnight parking ban. He suggested that once the results <br />of the survey are in, the Council could hold a public hearing to discuss the <br />issue.
