PLANNING COMMISSION <br />VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />440 LvTTLE CANADA RDA0 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />July 1, 1976 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada was held on the ist day of July, 1976, at 8 :00 P.M. <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Virginia Fisher, Pete Costa, <br />Margret Mitchell, Gene Delonais, Earl Rossez, Dick Boss III, <br />Dennis Ryan, Joe Vitale Jr, and Ralph Nardini. <br />The following members were absent: Jack Radford and Gene Fasciana <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. <br />7 -11 STORE The 7 -11 Store would be a 60 x 40 foot, one story <br />DEMONT & RICE ST. building, open 24 hours a day. It would have a 9 foot <br />DAVE SCHAK concrete walkway and a 17 car parking lot with a <br />self - service gas station. <br />The parcel of land is 230 x 540 feet. A car center is <br />proposed, with the 7 -11 Store on the Corner. <br />TRAWBRIDGE ADD. Pat Jordon said the plat is divided into 5 parcels. <br />PAT JORDON The Grease Monkey and 7 -11 Store are the only two that <br />OWNER OF SITE are concrete. <br />GARSKE PLAT: <br />DOUGLAS BAIRD <br />ROGER RUNYON: <br />Gene Delonais made a motion to repeal the 7 -11 as a <br />traffic hazard. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher <br />Motion carried with one naye. <br />The Garske plat is a 25 acre site, bounded by Arcade <br />St. and LaBore Rd. The 66 lots range from a min. of <br />10,000 sq. ft. to a max. of 30,700 sq. ft. It is Zoned <br />R, 1. The homes will be sold as they are built, for <br />around $50,000.00. There are no basements. <br />Mr. Runyon, speaking for concerned neighbors, asked <br />questions regarding the development. <br />Ralph Nardini made a motion to table the project until <br />more information is received on water table, drainage, <br />playground, and well study. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale Jr. <br />Motion carried. <br />0009 <br />
