The wood <br />VICE PRES, OF KNOX structure is 27 ft, in diameter and will be used only <br />for two years or less. <br />DENNIS KELLY Dome cabins are precut and bolted together. <br />for DOME CABINS <br />JOE SAAD <br />DAN CAMPANARO <br />BOB DEBACE <br />Dennis Ryan made a motion to accept the Dome as presented <br />by Knox. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini, <br />Motion Carried, <br />Mr, Saad wants to build a new front and 32 foot addition <br />on the back of Mr. Micheal's Pizza on Rice St. The <br />addition is 32 x 32 feet, <br />Joe Vitali made a motion to accept the plan as presented. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Land is land- locked, <br />Dick Boss made a motion that the Planning Commission <br />encourage the development of homes in the Twin Lake <br />Road area. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher, <br />Motion Carried, one abstained. <br />Mr. DeBace bought property on County Rd. C next to <br />Pool Side and would like to build a business building. <br />The lop covers about 14,000 sq, ft, of land. The <br />Colonial type building would be stucco with a 5 or 6 ft, <br />overhanging roof and pillars. <br />Gene Delonais moved that the Planning Commission accept <br />the concept as shown with a letter of intent turned <br />in to the City Clerk, The Commission would like to see <br />the final landscape plan and all final plans. <br />Seconded by Dick Boss III, <br />Motion Carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9.30 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Margret Mitchell <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada <br />0010 <br />
