supplies, Radio Unit expense, Health and Welfare expense, and Police Professional Liability Insurance upon which, in addition to the County, the Municipality shall be named insured. \Said costs for each year shall be set forth in an attachment to this Agreement and shall become part of this Agreement. "Costs" as used herein shall not include items of expense attributable to services or facilities normally provided or available to all cities within the County as part of the County's obligation to enforce State law, and it is specifically agreed that said services and facilities shall remain available to the Munici- pality, notwithstanding the Agreement, and further, that the Agreement, shall not take the place of said services and facilities. Exact figures for shift mileage will be furnished by the Sheriff to the Budgeting and Accounting Division of the County Administrator's Office for computation purposes. Actual computation of applicable costs hereunder shall be made by the Budgeting and Accounting Division of the County Administrator's Office and payment therefor shall be made on its monthly state- went, payable to the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxa- tion. It is understood that if this contract is renewed from year to year, a cost estimate will be furnished the Municipality no later than August 1 of each year, and accepted by the Municipality no later than October 15 of each year. -5- 0031
