Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with paragraph 10 of this Agreement. If any dispute relating to this para- graph is not resolved by December 1 of each year, either party may terminate this Agreement by 90 -day notice to the other party notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 6 above. 8. It is understood that prosecutions for viola- tions of ordinance or state statute, together with disposi- tion of all fines collected pursuant thereto, shall be in accordance with the Ramsey County Municipal Court Act, Minnesota Statute, Chapter 488A. 9. The Ramsey County Sheriff's office shall sub- mit to the Municipality monthly activity reports detailing the activities of the Sheriff's office within the City. Said reports shall contain at least the following informa- tion: miles patrolled, hours patrolled, number of calls answered, nnmber of tickets icci.oA 10. It is understood between the Parties hereto that upon notice given by either Party, negotiations will be undertaken for the purpose of revising, adding or strik- ing any of the provisions of this contract which it appears are unworkable or are insufficient as herein set forth; and -6- 0032
