'Page 3 <br />Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />August 5, 1976 <br />Mr.'Stenger's property on Centerville Road has been zoned . <br />light industry. He would like a building for ornamental <br />concrete and restoring cars. The building would have a wood <br />front with colored steel enamel, and it would be insulated, <br />and heated. The size of the building would be 64ft;'x 108 ft.- <br />There would be a parking lot in the front and in the back <br />of the building. <br />Dick Boss III made a motion to accept the plan as shown. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nordin'.:. <br />Motion Carried. <br />ST. PAUL METAL SALVAGE Plans were presented for a building to be used for the <br />WAYNE "'KACZ MARSKI recycling of scrap metals, including a car crusher, located <br />WAY!E REALTY South of Preferred Sheet Metal. A/concrete building would <br />be constructed for, storage and office space. The area <br />would cover four acres, surrounded.by an 8 -foot chain fence. <br />Three or four cars could be crushed per dam, then, loaded <br />on a truck and hauled away. <br />Dick Boss III made a motion to go to the Council and have <br />a public hearing due to improper zoning. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Margret Mitchell <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada <br />0004 <br />
