No grading, building, or soil disturbance is to take <br />place until the ditch is installed or approved <br />by the City Council. <br />7. The well problem of the surrounding home owners will <br />be studied by the City Engineer. <br />Motion seconded by Virginia Fisher <br />Motion carried. <br />The Warner Plat is a proposed residential sub- division <br />of 41 lots, with one access lot. Lot size will range from <br />80 ft. wide x 153 ft. deep, to a maximum of 303 ft. wide x <br />203 ft. deep. Black -top streets with curbs are proposed, <br />also sewer and water lines, with one large well to be used <br />until City water comes in. The approximate size of the plat <br />is 14 acres. It is located at County Rd B2 and Arcade St. <br />An Ernest Money Contract has been made, subject the approval <br />of the plat plan. The homes would be in the $65,000.00 <br />bracket with one lot donated as lake access for the entire <br />project. The price for the lots will range from $15,000 <br />to $40,000. <br />Mrs. Reed and her son Tom spoke about having 1/2 acre lots <br />in accordance with the neighborhood. Following was a <br />discussion between Mr. Arrigoni and the neighbors. <br />Dr. Wallin brought up the traffic problem. <br />Gene DeLonais made a motion to table the plat plan for 30 <br />days for further study on the property. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher. <br />Motion carried. <br />Carl Lien proposed a warehouse of retail food. The building <br />would cover 32,000 sq. ft, with a parking lot for 242 cars. <br />The warehouse would be set back 100 ft. from Rice St. and <br />face Minnesota Street. Zoning is proper and there are <br />almost four acres in the first phase. The store would <br />employ about 25 people and have eight check -out counters. <br />Jack Radford made a motion to accept the plat plan as <br />presented. <br />Seconded by Joseph Vitale, Jr. <br />Motion Carried. <br />0003 <br />
