MINN. 55119 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />June 3, 1976 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 3rd day of June, 1976 at 8 :00 P.M. at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Virginia Fisher, Peter Costa, <br />Margret Mitchell, Ralph Nardini, Gene DeLonais, Dennis Ryan, and <br />Eugene Fasciana. <br />The following members were absent: Jack Radford, Richard Boss III, <br />Joseph Vitale, Jr., and Earl Rossez. <br />The minutes of the privious meeting were read and approved. <br />GARY COMO <br />GREASE MONKEY <br />GARAGE: <br />REZONING ON <br />COUNTRY DRIVE: <br />Location of garage will be at Rice Street and <br />Demont Avenue. <br />It will be a self service auto repair center, <br />6 cars at one time, tools and parts will be <br />available. The rental fee will be $4.00 per <br />hour. <br />The building will be metalic cement block. <br />The color scheme will be yellow and gold. <br />No work will be done outside. The garage <br />will be open 6 days a week from 9:00 to 9:00 <br />and closed on Sundays. Trash containers for <br />almost everything but tires. Sprinkler system <br />recommended, and partitions between stalls. <br />The nearest home is about 100 yards. <br />The developers are "The Niemiie Burrow Snowbridge <br />Developers. <br />A motion was made by Eugene DeLonais to accept <br />the plot plan with a sprinkler system as <br />presented . <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini, <br />Carried: <br />Mrs. Zoch brought in a petition of 23 landowners <br />(12 residential or 52% out of 13-7 want to keep <br />residential) <br />Eugene Fasciana made a motion to rezone all the <br />area to general bussiness from the Waterworks to <br />South Owasso Blvd. and from Country Drive to The <br />Waterworks. <br />Eugene DeLonais withdrew the motion. <br />
