TOM KEENAN: <br />BILL STENGER: <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Margret Mitchell <br />Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada <br />Virginia Fisher made a motion that the Council <br />of the City of Little Canada hold a public <br />hearing to rezone the above area. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini: <br />Discussion followed, <br />Not Carried <br />3 Ayes <br />4 Nayes <br />Note: Mrs. Zoch wants it zoned gereral business <br />or all residential. <br />Dennis Ryan made a motion that we recommened to <br />the Council that they leave as is the property <br />bound by the South and West Waterworks property <br />and on the North by So. Owasso Blvd. and on <br />the East by Country Drive to remain residential <br />as confirmed by a petition submitted to the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Seconded by Eugene Fasciana, <br />4 Ayes <br />2 Nayes <br />Rezoning an area: South east corner of Gervais <br />Lake to larger lots. <br />Property owned by Mrs. Warner and Jack Hannan. <br />Eugene Fasciana made a motion that anything <br />proposed around Lake Gervais take into consideration <br />pollution and natural wild life and maintaining <br />larger lot size. <br />Seconded by Virginia Fisher, <br />Carried <br />Owns property on Centerville Road. Would like <br />an industrial pole barn. Building will be <br />8000 sq. ft. <br />Recomended to have a plot plan and buildings <br />and landscaping and come to the next meeting <br />Motion to adj. <br />Carried <br />
