LUMBER Not present: <br />SAXON LOUNGE The Saxon Lounge will build 8 new bowling lanes on the <br />DEAN McALLISTE "north side of the present building. A sprinkler system <br />will be installed. <br />The present building is 148 feet x 140 feet and will <br />expand north. The parking lot will also be expanded. <br />The area is 3.4 acres. <br />Motion made by Jack Nardini to accept the Saxon Lounge <br />addition for eight lanes. <br />Seconded by: Virginia Fisher <br />Carried; <br />EDWARD NADEAU Sam Fasciana spoke on the rezoning. Either rezone the <br />2888 NADEAU RD.complete area or leave it as is. The property owners <br />REZONING are not desirous of having various zonings. Discussion <br />was held on the rezoning. <br />Motion made by Eugene Fasciana to recommend to the Council <br />that the rezoning he denied Ed Nadeau because of no <br />specifice use of property. <br />Seconded by; Earl Rossez <br />Carried, <br />SPECIFIC Motion made by that the Planning <br />USE Commission recommend to the Council that we rezone no <br />property unless we have specific use for said property. <br />Seconded by: Virginia Fisher <br />Carried, <br />BILL STENGER The office building will be located at Park Street and <br />OFFICE BLDG. County Road "C ". The plans are for an office building <br />no contracts as yet. Colonial style, two stories, <br />brick front and white stucco Building. Renters would <br />designate the layout of the offices. The road in <br />front of the building is curved, but will have to get <br />permission for driveway. The area is 450 x 375, about <br />two acres. The maximum for renters would be four offices. <br />The parking area is 75 x 85 with blacktop.
