Direct the development of park and recreational programs 4 <br />and facilities for all the citizens of the community which iint <br />will meet their needs and provide the opportunity for <br />constructive use of leisure time. <br />b. DeSelop long -range plans of park and recreational facilities <br />to assure maximum utilization of land, buildings, and <br />monies set aside for recreational use. <br />c. Select and supervise paid and volunteer staff. <br />d. Prepare and oversee the budget along with the Agent <br />disignated by the sponsoring unit of government. <br />e. Coordinate and maintain cooperative relationships with <br />school personnel, Ramsey Coi}nty, community groups, <br />and other agencies. Provide leadership in resolving <br />overlapping activities. <br />f. rite progress and other reports as required by the <br />city council. <br />g.
