ASS :STANT GENERAL COLTLSEL <br />Clayton Parks, Jr., Attorney at Law <br />1590 White Bear Avenue <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />March 25, 1976 <br />Re: Encroachment License - Lot 4, Block 1, Rauenhorst 1st Addition <br />Dear Clayton: <br />Pursuant to our telephone conversation, please find enclosed execution <br />copies of an Encroachment License in respect to the existing building <br />on Lot 4, Block 1, Rauenhorst 1st Addition, Little Canada. <br />I am enclosing herewith a copy of the survey showing the encroachment <br />to be less than 1' and therefore I indicated an encroachment area of <br />1.0 feet on the southerly 25 feet. In effect this gives the City a <br />24' easement in that area, rather than 25'.
