i ENCROACHMENT LICENSE AGREEMENT, Made this , day of / , 1976 by and between RAUENHORST CORPORATION, a Minnesota corporation (herein - __ter called "Rauenhorst ") and the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, a 'iinnesota municipal corporation (hereinafter called "City "): WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements h:,re naf :er contained to be kept and perf 'rmed, iy,/ b 2 „,nn rst hereby agree that: 1. City does hereby grant unto Rauenhorst, its successors and assigns, a License to encroach upon and to occupy and to use, in the manner hereinafter specified, a portion of the following described 2roperty located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, over which City has a drainage and utility easement as shown on the plat of Rauenhorst lot Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to -wit: Lot 4, Block 1, Rauenhorst 1st Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. 2.
