EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />HELD <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Little Canada, MN was held in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall of said City, the day of <br />19 at P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order and annoumced that the meeting was <br />open for consideration of proposed reassessment of SWR /WTR /STR 71 -10 (Aud. <br />No. 1512, D/P No. 0094). After the discussion and consideration offtheowing <br />various objections presented, Member <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR SWR /WTR /STR 71 -10 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The assessment for SWR /WTR /STR 71 -10 should be and is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />2. <br />PROP DESC. ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT AS REVISED <br />Lawrence Nadeau Watermain 400 ft. 5,776.00 400 ft. 5,776.00 <br />53- 00600 - 100 -42 Street 525 525 ft. 10,753.50 200 ft. 4,020.00 <br />$17,600.50 $10,867.00 <br />It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing <br />amendment to said assessment is just and equitable, and necessary for <br />a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by and the vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same <br />, whereupon said resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Joseph G.
